Returns Policy at My Finest Jewelry

My Finest Jewelry is committed to your complete satisfaction. We are confident that our fine jewelry will make you happy. However, in the event that you are not fully satisfied after your purchase, we will be glad to take it back with full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Accepting Returns
We accept returns for refunds on all non-custom items we sell, if returned in its original packing. However, items that have been altered or damaged in any way may not be accepted for return, as specified below. Also, rings ordered to your specific size which requires re-sizing at our end will not be eligible for returns. Any ring size other than 6.5 or 7 requires re-sizing.

Refunds
You can return your purchase item within 30 days of order date from My Finest Jewelry for a full refund. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Shipping charges, if any, are not refunded.

Returns shipped from outside Canada need to have all customs and duty charges prepaid. Before shipping returns from outside Canada, please call a My Finest Jewelry customer service associate at 800-401-6139.

Returning Your Order
My Finest Jewelry merchandise is very valuable and requires that you take special precautions in shipment. To return a jewelry item to us, it is advised that the below checklist be followed:

  1. Call My Finest Jewelry customer service at 800-401-6139 to get the Customer Service Department returned shipments address and to notify us of the return giving the order number.
  2. Secure your jewelry inside the original jewel box or bag. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping.
  3. Place it all inside a small cardboard shipping box, and cover the entire box with plain brown mailing paper (available at your local post office). You can also use a box from your local Post Office.
  4. Clearly write your order number (this is found on your invoice) on the box next to the first line of the shipping address.

Ship the item by registered Canada Post to our Customer Service Department (call us for the correct address), fully insured for the value of the item.

In order to protect the package against possible theft, please do not write My Finest Jewelry, jewelry, rings, diamonds or any other word which might indicate the value of the package. My Finest Jewelry will not be responsible for return shipping losses. Please request a return receipt for your records.

Returns Processing Time
All requests for return or exchange will be processed after our jewelry expert inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately ten business days to process after receipt of the item.

We will notify you once we have processed your returned item. Your credit card will be credited within five days of this notification and a separate email notification will be sent to you. Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender
